Twelve factors, one clear priority list.
Each factor is rated 0 (acceptable), 1 (needs attention) or 2 (high concern). The total ranges from 0 to 24.
| Score | Level | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 0–6 | Low | No immediate action. Review if the task changes. |
| 7–13 | Moderate | Investigate and plan improvements soon. |
| 14–24 | High | Detailed assessment and prompt controls recommended. |
A rating of 2 for posture, force or manual handling is flagged for action even when the total is low.

Frequently asked questions
What is an ergonomic risk assessment?
An ergonomic risk assessment identifies job factors such as awkward posture, force, repetition and duration that can contribute to musculoskeletal disorders, and ranks them so controls can be prioritized.
Is this tool a replacement for REBA, RULA or NIOSH methods?
No. It is a quick screening checklist. A moderate or high result should be followed by a detailed assessment by a qualified ergonomist or occupational health professional.
Is my data stored?
No. All calculations run in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
